EUGENE BERMAN, JD
Gene has over 30 years of global high-stakes negotiation experience with governmental agencies regarding hazardous waste and other environmental health and safety matters.
Gene worked at DuPont for over 20 years. For most of his time at DuPont, Gene served as the senior supervisory environmental attorney. Gene went on to have a thriving private practice in environmental law, with an emphasis on negotiating compliance.
Gene joined Castle Negotiating Consulting Group so he could help others benefit from his extensive experience regarding how to negotiate well with little leverage, but a lot at stake. Gene is known for his integrity, and his ability to make complicated, difficult information clear and easy to understand.
Gene earned his Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University. He also earned a BS in chemical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
Gene is a member of the Patent Bar, as well as a member of the District of Columbia and Maryland Bars.
Gene is an avid biker who loves to travel the globe to exotic nature reserves with his wife Tammy. Gene and his wife live in Rockville, Maryland.
